2018 6th International Conference on Network Infrastructureand Digital Content (IC-NIDC 2018) will be held in the beautiful city of Guiyang,China on August 22 to 24, 2018. Themed as "AI & ICT Drive NewGrowth", IC-NIDC 2018 will feature a comprehensive technical programincluding several Symposia and a number of Tutorials and Workshops. Thisconference provides a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners topresent their latest theoretical and practical work on the cutting-edgetechnologies and hot topics in the areas of Artificial Intelligence &Computational Intelligence, Cloud Communications & Cybersecurity, andInnovative Multimedia Systems.

To be published in the IC-NIDC Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®,an author of any accepted paper is required to register for the conference atthe full (member or non-member) rate. The IEEE IC-NIDC 2018 follows IEEE"No-show" policies to exclude authors who do not present their paperfrom further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEEXplore. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading thefinal IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presentedpapers will be published in the IC-NIDC Conference Proceedings and submitted toIEEE Xplore®. The excellent papers will be recommended to SCI-indexed journalsafter the extension and additional reviewing process.
