投稿要求与出版：

1、请作者登陆会议投稿网站 http://www.manuscript-cnoenet.com/index_en.htm ， 注册并提交论文摘要（中英文均收），英文摘要500-600字为宜，中文稿件需要提交全文，4-6页为宜。

2、通过会议程序委员会专家审查的投稿被大会组委会录用。择优推荐到合作期刊(SCI、EI)或SPIE会议文集（EI）正式发表。
3、第一轮摘要投稿截止时间：2018年2月28日（延迟截稿时间请见网站通知），SPIE全文投递截止时间：
2018年6月30日。
