Inforino 2018 is the 4-th Russian conference on information technologies in electrical engineering education disposing the most important problems in the field and different approaches to solve them. The event has been held once every two years since 2012. This event attracted experts mostly from Russia but also from Czech Republic, Germany, USA, former Soviet States, etc. So now the organizers decided to hold the conference in international format and invite the international specialists to take part in discussions on the main topics.​
