2018 IEEE LA-CCI will be the fifth conference in a series that is organized by the IEEE CIS in Latin America. The LA-CCI aims to bring together the Computational Intelligence Community to present the latest achievements and innovations on the several areas of Computational intelligence, encouraging participation by young researchers and following the LA-CCI Manifesto: to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, researchers, engineers, professionals and educators as well as for young researchers to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views of the future research directions in the area of Computational Intelligence.
