We are greatly honoured to invite you to the 18th International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) World Congress which will be held from 23 to 27 July 2018 in Seoul, the capital city of South Korea. The World Congress is a call for a creative solution to common workplace problems; in particular, we believe the 18th World Congress can make a valuable achievement by bringing together experts and academics from around the world to discuss current relevant issues. 

The Congress theme of “Employment for a Sustainable Society: What is to Be Done?” highlights the fact that employment relations have been changed and there are many challenges to tackle for a sustainable society. On that note, we encourage submissions of works with multiple disciplinary perspectives encompassing industrial relations, economics, sociology, labour law, and human resource studies. Your active participation will contribute immensely to the success of the 2018 World Congress.
