The sixth IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC2017) will be held in the picturesque city of Qingdao, China, 22-24 October, 2017. ICCC 2017 aims at addressing a key theme on “Communications for Everything”. This conference will feature world-class plenary speakers, major technical symposia, industry and academic panels, workshops, tutorials and invited tracks. It will be technically sponsored by the IEEE, IEEE Communications Society, and China Institute of Communications (CIC), and technically co-sponsored by Shandong University, China
The technical program chairs invite the submission of original papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Selected papers will be recommended for possible publication on the SCI indexed journals.
To be published in the IEEE ICCC 2017 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chairs grant permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICCC 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
