ISEF 2017 will bring together the international community of researchers, engineers and designers engaged in methods and techniques for computation, modelling, simulation, measurements and application of electromagnetic fields. In order to exchange experiences and information about new trends and rapid progress in the field, authors from around the world are invited to submit original papers, which previously have not been published, about their research related to the topics of the symposium. The Conference will feature both oral and poster presentations.
Companies and research organizations will have technical and commercial exhibitions. In ISEF we after a special session for MSc and PhD students undertaking research in the broader area of Electromagnetism. To encourage and support their participation, a reduced registration fee is offered.
English will be the working language for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.
Contributors are invited to submit two-page digests, summarizing previously unpublished results, which should adhere to IEEE guidelines (pdf) (doc). This is to facilitate post-conference publication of selected digests in the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
Four-page full manuscripts (in the IEEE format) of all accepted contributions from registered authors will be distributed to participants at the conference in the form of a USB flash drive.
Papers presented at the Conference and accepted after a further peer reviewing process will be published in: Journal of Electric Power Components and Systems (Impact Factor: 0.747), SENSORS (Impact Factor 2.0330) and SPRINGER.
COMPEL (the International Journal for Computation and Mathematics in Electrical and Electronic Engineering; 2015 Impact Factor: 0.430)
IJAEM (International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics; Impact Factor 2016: 0.724)
IJEPCS (International Journal of Electric Power Components and Systems; Impact Factor: 0.747)
SENSORS (Impact Factor 2.0330)
SPRINGER
The manuscripts will undergo a peer-review before publication. The authors should take care of copyright issues while preparing both the two-page digests and full manuscripts, to avoid conflicts of titles and contents.
