活动简介

The logo of Worldlab 2017 captures the geographical and cultural splendour of Durban, the second largest city in South Africa and the largest municipality on the Indian ocean side of the African continent.

The central feature is the iconic Moses Mabhida stadium, a purpose‐built venue for the 2010 Soccer World Cup, the first time the tournament was staged in Africa. The stadium resembles a futuristic spacecraft. The warmth of the Indian ocean and the spectacular beaches of Durban are reflected in the waves and surfboard. Durban is in the Zulu kingdom province of KwaZulu‐Natal and the Zulu warrior depicts the immense historical and cultural contribution of the Zulu nation, the largest ethnic group in the country, to this province and South Africa.

征稿范围

Congress delegates are invited to submit abstracts of their scientific work for presentation as a free communication at Worldlab Durban 2017.

An unlimited number of abstracts may be submitted provided the presenting author applies for “full registration”. Abstracts are welcome in all fields of clinical chemistry, haematology, clinical molecular biology and laboratory medicine, in the broader sense. Free communications are primarily presented via poster. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during symposia (two abstracts for each symposium). Authors wishing to compete for these oral communication slots should mark the appropriate field on the on-line abstract-submission form. Properly submitted abstracts will be sent to experts for review and selection for oral communication.
