Dear friends, Barcelona is proud to host for the second time the Congress of the European Society of Gynecology (ESG) in its 12th edition to be held on October 18-21, 2017. Scientific and local committees are preparing an excellent program covering the last clinical and basic gynecological developments. The congress will not only propagate the most recent knowledge but also provide a unique opportunity for networking.

This congress is addressed to clinical gynecologists, reproductive endocrinologists, gynecologic oncologists, and aimed to share experiences with basic scientists and clinical researchers. All of them will take advantage of the different topics that will be discussed in this scientific event. During the congress participants will be able to learn a lot in the different activities: key lectures, symposia or case discussions that will help them to take home useful messages.

As usual in all ESG meetings the education of the participants will be significantly improved. Barcelona will be a fantastic venue to host this congress offering to the participants an outstanding mixture of history, art, culture and warm hospitality beyond the scientific content.

How should I write my abstract?

The abstract must be divided into the following sections:
Context – Objective – Methods – Patient(s) – Intervention(s) – Main Outcome Measure(s) – Result(s) – Conclusions.
The abstract cannot be longer than 2500 characters including spaces, and must be plain text: it is not possible to include tables and images, but you may insert data in the text of the abstract.
Each person is allowed to submit a maximum of two abstracts on the congress’ topics as presenting author: one oral presentation and one poster or, alternatively, two posters. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted as co-author
Abstracts can only be submitted using the on-line form. Abstracts submitted via email or fax will not be accepted.
Once submitted and accepted the abstract cannot be modified in any of its parts (authors, content and title).
