On behalf of the Organizing Committee we cordially invite you to attend the 9th Joint Scandinavian Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery to be held in Helsinki Finland during August 16th - 18th, 2017.

The event begins with a get-together on Wednesday, August 16th. The opening ceremony will take place on the next morning and is the beginning of two intensive days. There will be a joint program comprising of different fields of cardiothoracic surgery (SATS) as well as separate programs for perfusionists (SCANSECT) and nurses (SATNU). In addition to lectures by invited international speakers, the conference offers opportunities to present sciantific studies at oral or poster sessions.

Our aim is to make the 9th Joint Scandinavian Conference in Cardiothoracic Surgery unforgettable, enjoyable, and informative. Our special emphasis is to create an excellent scientific program and also to provide opportunities for interaction and important international contacts for your future.
