A low power and low voltage under-voltage protection circuit was designed to be applied in equipments whose operating voltage is 1.2V. The proposed circuit was implemented with TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology, and according to comparing reference voltage and threshold voltage of schmitt trigger, system would be in normal working condition when supply voltage ran up to designed value. Meanwhile, with the use of current source, the current of schmitt trigger was limited, resulting in reducing entire power of under-voltage protection circuit. According to the simulation result of HSPICE, the structure could be applied in low voltage equipments, and the power of the circuit was low.
