Abstract] Objective To realize the automatic generation of infectious disease surveillance data and epidemic information compilation in the module of infectious disease reporting information management system of China's disease prevention and control information system. Methods Making use of big data, data warehouse, C++ development tool and epidemiological statistics method to compile data mining technology for epidemic situation of infectious diseases, realize the automation of classified collection, storage, summary and analysis of monitoring data. Results Using this data mining technology, more than 10,000 infectious diseases electronic report cards can be classified, collected and stored in 5 minutes; exporting three distribution information of aggregated cases or cases for consecutive years in less than one minute; automatic Generation of Conventional Analysis Documents for Monitoring Data in 1 Minute; Completed the collection of hundreds of thousands of infectious disease surveillance data in our city since 1953, automatically generate 1000 pages of epidemic data compilation document within 30 minutes. Conclusion The research results have the characteristics of simple operation, strong versatility, timely, accurate, automatic and efficient, to become the key technology for epidemic management and disease control personnel to monitor and deal with the epidemic and outbreak of infectious diseases.
