摘要:负载谐振技术是实现电力电子变换器软开关的重要手段。因高级谐振电路能改善电源输出性能从而到广泛关注。高阶负载谐振电路对负载具有与变压器相似的变换特性。这种特性在感应加热等特定场合可以代替成本高、体积大、工艺复杂的高频变压器。从而减少高频变压器因漏感而产生的EMI、邻近效应、趋肤效应以及局部过热。论文研究三阶负载谐振电路对负载的变换特性,建立了电压型三阶负载谐振电路的基波等效模型,利用该模型对三阶谐振电路的负载变换特性进行研究计算,给出电压型三阶负载谐振电路的负载匹配方法。在PSIM中建模并对设计结果进行仿真验证,证明了该方法的正确性与可行性。
Abstract: Load resonant technique is an important means of inverter to achieve soft switching. Because higher order load resonant circuit can optimize the output characteristics of power supply this technique earned widespread respect. Higher order load resonant circuit can change the value of load which likes transformer. In introduction heating and some other areas higher order load resonant circuit can replace higher frequency transformer which has high cost, great size and complex technics. In order to deduce the EMI of higher frequency transformer, proximity effects, skin effects and local overheating. Paper discussed load convert characteristic of third order load resonant circuits. Based on the first harmonic approximation method to deduce the load change of expression of third order voltage type load resonant circuits. A method was given on load matching using voltage type third order load resonant circuits. Using PSIM to simulation and to prove the correctness and the effectiveness of the method.
