基于可控开关电容的LCC谐振多路LED驱动电路的分析与设计

在新兴的照明领域中,诸如交通、农业照明等,多路LED均流和独立调光具有重要的工程应用价值。本文结合可控开关电容技术及无源均流技术,提出一种基于可控开关电容(Switched Controlled Capacitor, SCC)的LCC谐振多路LED驱动电路,并详细地分析了LCC谐振电路的工作特性及SCC的工作过程。根据设计要求,本文提供了基于SCC的LCC谐振多路LED驱动的设计方法,最后,根据设计结果进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明本文所提基于可控开关电容的LCC谐振多路LED驱动电路能较好地实现多路LED均流与独立调光功能。
In the emerging lighting field, such as transportation, agricultural lighting, etc., multi-channel LED current sharing and independent dimming have important application value. In this paper, a LCC resonant multi-channel LED driver circuit based switch-controlled capacitor is proposed in combination with Switch-Controlled Capacitor technology and passive current sharing technology. The operating characteristics of the LCC resonant circuit and the working process of SCC are analyzed in detail. There is a design method for LCC resonant multi-channel LED driver circuit based on switch-controlled capacitor provided as the design requirements. Finally, according to the results of the design, the simulation of the proposed circuit is studied. Simulation results show that the proposed circuit can achieve the function of multi-channel LED current sharing and independent dimming well.
