In the study of various schemes of foundation pit support, it is found that the foundation pit support engineering is complex, and its influencing factors are also hierarchical and fuzzy. The existing optimum Method of foundation pit support schemes often involves a lot of complex calculations, in the realization of the process there is a certain degree of difficulty. Aiming at the characteristics of the foundation pit support project and the shortcomings of the existing schemes, a new decision model for multi - level foundation pit support scheme is established. The model is divided into three layers. The qualitative indexes between layers and layers are processed by fuzzy analysis method. The quantitative indexes in the model are linearly weighted by the precedence diagram method. The optimal decision is made in the candidate pit support scheme by the stepwise progressive calculation. The model has the characteristics of simple, fast and accurate calculation, and has certain practical significance.
