In order to clarify the core competitiveness of engineering supervision enterprises, to determine
the future direction of development and to better participate in international competition, this paper expounds the current situation of construction project supervision enterprises in China and the demand of comprehensive project management, and then uses quantitative analysis and SWOT analysis tools to analyze the necessity and feasibility of integrated project management in project supervision enterprises. Finally, point out the external and internal strategies for the corresponding problems in the transformation of engineering supervision enterprises and the conclusions are drawn.
