This paper takes the developing commercial property enterprises and residential property enterprises as research objects and compared the similarities and differences of their salary incentive schemes. The result of the research indicates that the difference in the profit model will lead to the difference of the incentive scheme. Developing commercial property enterprises combines the use of scaled pay and broadband pay, mainly employing both special short- and long-term incentive schemes such as opening award and investment attraction award; residential property enterprises usually adopt broadband pay which mainly employs short-term incentive schemes such as land acquirement award, financing award and project node award.
