Research of Multiple Signal Classification in Massive MIMO Systems

The multiple signal classification, or simply ‘MUSIC’ for short, was proposed independently in 1979. This method broke the routine of processed of received signal at that time, the traditional method was to process the covariance matrix of received signal directly, while MUSIC was to process signal by eigenvalue decomposition, and identify the signal by using the incoherence between the signal subspace and the noise subspace, this method was also promoted the research of signature analysis of signal in the meantime. This paper research MUSIC in massive MIMO system simply, and numerical examples demonstrate the MUSIC algorithm in large-scale system performance is good. The resolution ability of the algorithm will increase with the increase of the sampling length and the receiver antenna arrays.
