At present, the maintenance and security of a large number of high-speed railway bridges in China are facing great challenges. It is imperative to form an informationized, standardized, intelligent and automated management and maintenance technology and system [1]. Based on the research of operation and maintenance of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge, this paper puts forward some concept, thought and overall frame design about digital bridge management and maintenance platform which contains a series of intelligent monitoring systems, such as intelligent inspection system, mobile inspection terminal system, bridge long-term monitoring system, maintenance and repair information management system, bridge security monitoring system. This paper also defines the functions and technical features of the platform. Furthermore, it explores the information fusion approaches and framework of each system collaborative coexistence, which are useful exploring on the new management and maintenance mode about the long span bridges under the era of big data.
