Discussion on the Developing Model and Path of Libo County Urbanization as a National Ecological Function Area Based on the Main Function

Abstract: The main functional area that is put forward has promoted the transformation and innovation of the country region planning ideas, and new development thinking has practical and guiding significance to the development of national key ecological function areas. As a national key ecological function area, Libo country has become the key to influence its development in the new period about how to hold the two lines of development and ecology and build a scientific and reasonable pattern of production, life and ecological space. Based on main function localization, we should establish partition index system, use the index assessment method and identifying evaluation method and divide ecological protection areas, moderate development area and suitable development area of Libo country. And on this basis, we should construct spatial pattern of urbanization, develop in echelon towns of Libo to realize the scientific development of the country region urbanization.
