Aiming at improving the equipment support benefits, this paper structures the information platform with the IOT and cloud computing to make the resource and demand information real-time visualization, business process operation automation, decision making intelligently. Secondly this paper analysis and design the overall functions and structure of the information platform. Finally, the business process is redesigned in consideration of the information platform and forming some optimized designing scheme on the collecting, storing and supply process.
