This paper proposes an efficient bandwidth allocation scheme to fully utilize the multi-access ability of multi-mode terminals, especially for multi-traffic parallel transmission in heterogeneous networks. As the suitability of different networks to different traffics varies, "Match-Degree", which is seldom considered in previous works, is introduced and calculated using Fuzzy Decision Method. To integrate "Match-Degree" into utility-functions, the Cumulative Utility Function Method is proposed. To make allocation schemes more comprehensive, energy consumption and network price are also considered in our modified utility functions. A joint optimization solution is proposed to solve the multi-objective utility problem. Numerical results validate the performance enhancement of our proposed allocation schemes compared with the existing schemes.
