摘要
This study addresses the limitations of conventional simulation models in the flash evaporation process for spent solvent recovery within nuclear chemical reprocessing flow-sheets, specifically their insufficient mechanistic representation and inability to accurately simulate production data in real-time under variable operating conditions. Building upon an analysis of existing flash mass‑transfer models, this paper proposes an improved real-time mass-transfer model. By introducing a temperature‑pressure coupling correction term and a correction mechanism for component saturated vapor pressure, the proposed model significantly improves the prediction accuracy of gas‑liquid two‑phase flow rates and component distributions under low‑pressure conditions. Simulation results indicate that the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) for vapor‑phase flow prediction of the optimized model is greatly reduced from 15.39% to 1.64%, exhibiting favorable robustness against operating‑condition variations. This work provides theoretical support for process simulation and parameter regulation in the spent‑solvent recovery process.
