Interanal solitary waves are essentially nonlinear, the interaction of internal solitary waves are complicated. we will give a theoretical method for constructing intercation of nonlinera internal  waves in the frame of shallow water equation. and then disscuss the charactes of interaction of nonlinear internal waves. we will  further discuss the modulation of surface waves by internal wave.
