Isomers are nuclides in a metastable state. For their unique energy storage and release mechanisms, isomers have extremely high scientific research value in various fields such as astrophysical element synthesis, the development of nuclear batteries, and the generation of gamma-ray lasers. The production of isomers and induced de-excitation using high-energy, high-current particle beams and plasma environments generated by lasers are at the forefront of laser induced nuclear physics research. Based on the high-charge and high-energy proton beam generated by the XGIII laser facility, the isomer 93mMo was produced at a yield of 1.8×106 per shot through induced nuclear reactions. Meanwhile, research indicates that at the p-process related temperature of T9=3.0,the 93mMo(γ,n)92Mo reaction plays a significant role in the production of the astrophysical important p-nucleus 92Mo. Using high-charge, high-energy electrons based on gas jet targets and black cavity ablation foam, high-yield isomer production was realized through bremsstrahlung radiation. The isomeric cross-section ratios IR of 164m,gHo and 152m1,m2Eu were calculated using the yield ratio method, with values of 0.30±0.08 and 0.014±0.002,respectively.These results are in good agreement with the experimental data in the database and the theoretical calculations obtained under different level density models of TALYS.
