Dear colleagues,

The PAMS 2024 is approaching. To ensure the smooth running of this meeting, we would like to provide some important points needing attention when you prepare your presentations.

1) For oral presentations, please design your slides with an aspect ratio of 16:9. You can choose to send them to us in advance (before May 12, 2024) or copy them onto the conference computer on the day of your talk before the sessions begin. If your slides exceed the maximum file size of 50 MB for email attachments, we recommend using FileTransfer.io (https://filetransfer.io/) to securely upload them and then share the file link with us.
2) For poster presentations, please create your posters with a size of 95 cm × 120 cm (Width × Height) and send your final version to us before May 9, 2024. We will provide a complimentary poster printing service to ensure uniform and high-quality prints.
