The application of solidified soil as a scour protection measure in marine engineering has witnessed rapid development; however, the study on its mechanism lags behind its practical implementation. This paper introduces the technique for determining the mix ratio of solidified soil, key parameters, and optimization methods for engineering schemes in design, construction, and management based on practical engineering cases. Furthermore, it summarizes both in-situ and ex-situ solidification methods while presenting a technique to control solidified soil loss during construction using the ex-situ method. Lastly, suggestions are provided for implementing subsequent projects.
