摘要
Support systems play an important role in using of the equipment. Spare parts can be regarded as the crucial part of the supply system, thus the supply efficiency of the spare parts has impact on the usage and maintenance of equipment directly. Rational location and logical transportation arrangement of the depots can shorten the supply time and enhance the efficiency in supply process. In order to meet the availability requirements of the equipment, there are many supportability indicator requirements for the supply process of spare parts, but the previous location and transportation models considered these indicators less, which made the models were not fit for the requirements of the equipment support. In this study, we focus on the arrangement of location and transportation for the depots by taking supportability indicator requirements into consideration in the context of integrated logistics support. First, we will establish a chance constrained location and transportation optimization model. Second, we will establish an expected value location and transportation optimization model. Besides, a hybrid intelligent algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and its viability and effectiveness are illustrated by a numerical example.
