SRDI enterprises leverage the digital ecosystem to alleviate resource constraints in
digital transformation, but there are divergences in cooperation with leading enterprises
because of interest differences. This study constructs a differential game model with leading
enterprises, SRDI enterprises and local governments as the main subjects, and analyzes the
coordinating effect of cost subsidy and reputation conferring mechanism on the participants'
cooperation strategies. The results show that the cost subsidy mechanism improves the
resource degree inputs of leading and SRDI enterprises. In contrast, the reputation conferring
mechanism only improves the resource inputs of the leading enterprises. Furthermore, the
cost-subsidy and reputation-conferring mechanisms can achieve a Pareto improvement in the
digitization system's benefits. Interestingly, when the initial digitization degree is higher, the
digitization level decreases over time under the non-cooperative game. Under the cost-subsidy
mechanism, the digitization level shows the same trend of increasing over time as in the
cooperative game
