Critical influencing factors identification and correlation path analysis of collaborative governance for megaproject digital innovation ecosystem

 The cooperation of multiple actors for value has become the norm in megaprojects, but there exists limited research on the governance among them.Exploring and identifying the key factors affecting the collaborative governance of megaprojects in the digital age, and promoting effective governance can provide strong support for the good operation of the innovation ecosystem. First, the combination model of technology-organization-environment (TOE) and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), combined with the programming method of grounded theory, is used to identify multiple influencing factors of collaborative governance of the megaproject digital innovation ecosystem based on literature data, policy texts and interview texts. Next, the key influencing factors are identified by the fuzzy DEMATEL method. Finally, we categorize the key factors into different levels and conduct a correlation path analysis using the interpretive structure model (ISM). The study found that long-term commitment and shared vision, institutional flexibility, and digital trust are the most fundamental factors. Finally, we also provide practical policy recommendations on promoting collaborative governance behavior among key stakeholders such as governments.
