Return of goods has now become a hot issue in e-commerce enterprises. Consumers who are not satisfied with the goods will return the goods, but if the e-commerce company fails to arrive at the promised time, there will also be a certain return behavior. This paper considers the supply chain operation model of a single supplier, single online retailer and consumers, assuming that promised delivery time affects the demand and return of the product, and that the retailer adopts the strategy of full payment return and free shipping.
