聚焦作战概念开发内容描述不够规范、工程化描述方法缺乏、全过程系统性分析不足等问题，基于我军作战概念描述规定的基本内容、主要步骤，参考借鉴DODAF2.0相关视图产品，提出了基于体系结构框架的作战概念开发描述方法，主要包括面临的威胁挑战分析、目标作战能力架构、作战问题解决方案设计、作战能力差距分析、核心能力建设需求和关键支撑项目需求6个步骤，建立了6类21个基于体系结构框架的作战概念规范化描述模型，为作战概念工程化开发提供了理论参考。

Focusing on issues such as insufficient description of operational concept development content, lack of engineering description methods, and insufficient systematic analysis of the entire process, this article based on the basic content and main steps stipulated in the description of our military’s operational concept, refer to DODAF2.0 related view products, proposing a description method for operational concept development based on an architecture framework, it mainly includes 6 steps: analysis of threats and challenges faced, target combat capability architecture, combat architecture planning and design, combat capability gap analysis, core combat capability building requirements and key support projects requirements. This article establishes 21 standardized description models of combat concepts in 6 categories, which based on the architecture framework, providing a theoretical reference for operation concept engineering development.
