转运系统中曲线落料管磨损的离散元模拟研究

摘要:转运系统物料输送过程中系统结构设计的不合理是产生磨损的主要原因,设计合理的系统结构是解决转运系统磨损的主要办法。本研究以干煤料作为实验对象,针对转运系统散料运输过程中易出现管道磨损、堵料的问题,建立了不同结构参数的导流罩及落料管。采用正交实验研究导流罩与落料管结构对落料管的磨损、物料的出口速度、受料传送带冲击强度的影响。结果表明:当落料管角度为50-55°,导流罩收尾宽度为100-150mm,物料转运系统的综合性能较好

Discrete Element Simulation Study of Curved Drop Tube Wear in Transit Systems

Abstract: The irrational design of system structure in the process of material transportation of transshipment system is the main cause of wear and tear, and the design of reasonable system structure is the main solution to the wear and tear of transshipment system. This study takes dry coal material as the experimental object, and establishes the deflector hood and drop pipe with different structural parameters to solve the problems of pipe wear and material blockage that are easy to occur in the bulk material transportation process of transshipment system. Orthogonal experiments were conducted to study the effects of the structure of the deflector and the drop tube on the wear of the drop tube, the exit velocity of the material, and the impact strength of the material conveyor belt. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the material transfer system is better when the angle of the drop tube is 50-55° and the closing width of the deflector is 100-150mm.
