With the rapid development of information technology, the application of smart water safety construction in the field of water conservancy is becoming increasingly widespread, which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of water conservancy systems and responding to emergencies.This study aims to explore the key technologies and implementation strategies for the construction of smart water conservancy security, in order to improve the security and management efficiency of water conservancy systems and provide scientific basis for the practical application of smart water conservancy. Through literature review, case analysis, questionnaire survey, and policy analysis methods, we summarize the current research status of smart water conservancy at home and abroad, analyze actual projects of smart water conservancy security construction and evaluate their effectiveness, investigate the demands of users, society, and government for smart water conservancy security construction, and study the impact of relevant policies on smart water conservancy security construction. The technical roadmap of this study includes data collection and processing, data analysis and mining, information presentation and decision support, hardware facilities, software facilities, cloud computing and big data, information security, privacy protection, and emergency response.At present, the main content of smart water conservancy security still revolves around network security and data security, which should be the core of the current and considerable period of smart water conservancy security construction process. In the long run, with the development of AI technology, the ethical security derived from AI technology is also an important direction for the future. The research results will provide technical guidance and decision support for the construction of smart water conservancy security, and promote the application and development of smart water conservancy.
