Exploration and Practice of Agricultural Water Rights Trading in Anfu County

The agricultural water rights market in China has deJiangxi Rongxin Environmental Technology Consulting Co., Ltdveloped rapidly, but currently the number and scale of agricultural water rights transactions are relatively small, and agricultural water rights transactions are limited to some regions. This paper introduces the background and basic situation of Anfu County, analyzes its transaction mode, discusses the impact of transactions, existing problems and strategic suggestions. After carefully evaluating the agricultural water rights transaction in Anfu County, the article points out that the project needs to further improve supervision and control in the future to ensure the safe and effective flow of agricultural water rights and promote the complementation .This study can deepen the understanding of the agricultural water rights market in Jiangxi Province, provide a basis for further quantitative research on the driving mechanism and trading potential of regional agricultural water rights transactions, and provide reference for the construction of suitable agricultural water rights markets in different regions
