Abstract:In recent years, the concept of “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization” has continued to heat up, and a large number of explorations and practices have been conducted both domestically and internationally on carbon reduction engineering issues in the field of water conservancy. However, there is little mention of research on the development of smart water conservancy under the background of “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization”. The article briefly introduces the background of the “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization” proposal and the important significance of building a smart water conservancy system for achieving the “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization” goals. It summarizes the current research status of smart water conservancy and the “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization” research in the water conservancy industry, and summarizes the development strategies of smart water conservancy under the "“Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization”" strategy. Starting from four aspects: optimizing and adjusting the overall framework, updating and transforming infrastructure, enhancing monitoring and evaluation capabilities, and upgrading business application intelligence, this paper reflects on the current key points of smart water conservancy construction, proposes corresponding strategies, and looks forward to the development of smart water conservancy system construction under the background of “Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization”.
