Camellia Oleifera is one of the important cash crops in China, and its seed meal is rich in essential elements beneficial to animal growth and development. Using Camellia seed meal for feed development can significantly alleviate the shortage of feed resources in the main livestock-producing areas. However, Camellia seed meal has a low nutritional level and a high content of anti-nutritional factors such as tea saponin, make it difficult to be used directly as a feed ingredient for livestock. In this study, the fermentation and detoxification of oilseed meal was carried out by using the solid-state synergistic fermentation technology of mixed strains of bacteria, through the analysis of effective mixed bacteria fermentation components, optimal conditions of fermentation broth, nutrient composition and feed coefficient of the compared feeds, etc. In this study, the fermentation of oilseed meal was carried out by using the synergistic fermentation technology of mixed strains of bacteria,We analyzeds the fermentation components of the effective mix, the optimal conditions of the fermentation broth, comparing the nutrient content of the feed and the feed factor. The experimental results showed when the temperatures were around 34.0 °C-37.5 °C and the pH from 6.3 to 7.0, then inoculated with 12.8% Aspergillus niger and 5.5% Bacillus licheniformis into Camellia Oleifera, the fermented feed not only had the highest digestible protein and sugar content but also had the best detoxification effect. In summary, Aspergillus niger and Bacillus licheniformis work together to effectively reduce the toxic components of Camellia seed meal, this expands the scope for the comprehensive use of Camellia seed meal and offers the possibility of developing new feed resources.
