Finite Control Set Model-Free Predictive Current Control Based on Modified Voltage Vector and Finite-time Disturbance Observer for PMSM Drives

摘要
Finite control set model-free predictive current control (FCS-MFPCC) has been commonly used in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives due to its high dynamic performance, robustness and reduced switching frequency. However, current harmonics caused by inverter nonlinearity is one of major obstacles to its high precision application. This paper proposes a FCS-MFPCC based on modified voltage vector and finite-time disturbance observer. Firstly, a PMSM model considering the effects of inverter nonlinearity and parameter uncertainty is built. Modified voltage vector is proposed to reduce the effects of inverter nonlinearity. Then, a finite-time
disturbance observer is proposed to improve convergence speed and estimation accuracy compared to traditional FCS-MFPCC. Finally, simulation study is conducted to explore the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
