  Aiming at the problems of talent training in universities and enterprises, this paper provides an innovative hierarchical learning and training mode, and designs a virtual training and assessment platform for industrial robots based on VR technology, including industrial production line configuration and virtual creation assessment system, which is suitable for training robot application talents.
