摘要
Due to the influence of power grid topology and power flow distribution on main and backup protection devices coordination and parameter setting under different operating modes of power grid, this paper proposes a power grid node attention degree assessing method considering the priority of main and backup protection devices setting and verification based on the comprehensive assessing method of subjective and objective weight. The method proposes two indexes: node sensitivity degree and mis-coordination degree, considering the tendency of failing to operate and mis-operating. The assessment method, combining the Delphi method and the entropy method, calculates the weight of each index, evaluate the protection devices setting and verifying priority at the node, and forms the node attention degree set after reasonable scanning. The method is applied to the node assessment work after the power grid operation mode is changed, and the parameter setting and verification of protection devices can be carried out according to the order of the node attention degree set. Compared with the traditional manual judgment based on experience, it is more accurate, efficient and suitable for practical applications. The experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately complete the assessment of grid node attention degree.
