The development speed and achievements of China's high-speed railway attract worldwide attention. While China's high-speed railway infrastructure construction technology strides forward to the world's advanced, China is actively building internal and external transport channels, and going out to open a new pattern of international cooperation. The outline of building a strong transportation country points out that by 2035, the ‘national 123 travel traffic circle’ and ‘global 123 fast goods logistics circle’ will be basically formed, and the construction of high-speed network is bound to bring new development opportunities to the logistics industry. This paper analyzes the significance of the construction of high-speed railway network to the formation of global fast freight logistics circle, and discusses the financing mode of high-speed railway, so as to provide new ideas for the financing mode of high-speed railway under the construction of global fast freight logistics circle.
