The high-speed railway logistics which is a kind of innovative logistics mode. The rational distribution of railway logistics nodes is the key basis to give full play to the advantages of high-speed rail network. First, from the perspective of market demand, based on the urban express delivery volume, combined with the comparison of the generalized comprehensive costs of various transportation modes under different distances, a Logit model of high-speed rail logistics sharing proportion is established to predict the annual express delivery volume of cities by using the "four-stage method"; second, analyzed multi-factors which affecting the layout planning such as transportation，market demand，policy，Construction conditions and so on，determined the weight according to the importance of factors, established the evaluation system of node indicators, and quantitatively calculated the urbans score. Coordinating the above two factors to select and determine the high-speed rail logistics node plan, forming a high-speed railway freight train operation plan. The results show that the nodes can effectively cover important economic regions, give full play to the regional high-speed railway logistics distribution function, forms an efficient distribution network among nodes, and further reduces logistics costs, which providing a "High-speed railway solution"for Chinese express industry.
