The reliability of the actual carrier's service capability information is an important support for the development of the business model of the Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier. In order to reduce the damage of the goods in the fields of cargo transportation and logistics finance caused by the distortion of the service capability information, this paper redefines the actual situation from the perspective of quantification. The carrier's service capability establishes an information sharing value model based on the reliability of service capability information. Through the solution, analysis and numerical simulation of the model, it is found that the reliability of the actual carrier's service capability information and its own resource conditions, the commitment to redeem the ability, the ability to remediate the service, the ability of the Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier to convert information into income, The profit is positively correlated, and it is negatively correlated with the cost coefficient of service capacity level and the proportion of revenue sharing.
