摘要
In recent years, “The Belt and Road” initiative (hereafter referred to as “B&R”) has developed into the most active economic corridor in the world, with its economic exchanges greatly stimulated the demand for transportation. With the entry into force of the Paris Agreement, energy conservation and emission reduction targets have become the common global aspirations. Given such a pretext, this paper selects panel data from 51 countries along the “B&R” in the 2000-2014 period. Using Moran index, Coefficient of variation, Logarithmic mean deviation and Theil index, half variation function of transport carbon emissions intensity characteristics of space and time are analyzed. The empirical results indicate that, the transportation CO2 emissions of all the countries along the “B&R” showed an overall decline with a polarization trend also apparent. (1)The carbon emission intensity of transportation in Central Asia, West Asia and North Africa is obviously higher than that in other regions;(2)The spatial correlation of carbon emission intensity of transportation in 51 countries along “B&R” is not significant and the carbon emission intensity of transportation in Southeast Asia and Central Asia is quite different. (3) The Angle to the heterogeneity in the south by east 25 ° to 76 ° between change of main transformer routine changes obviously, basic remains the same, time variation scope of spatial heterogeneity in the "W" type. Therefore, the uneven development level of regional economy and transportation industry leads to different spatial characteristics and rules of carbon emission intensity of transportation in different regions, and the carbon emission intensity of transportation in different regions presents great differences.
