with the continuous development of China's economy, the transportation industry has increasingly become the basis of logistics industry support industry, the development of comprehensive transportation and logistics industry is closely related. The development of modern logistics is inseparable from the construction of transportation industry. The basic mode of China's transportation investment and financing is dominated by the government investment system, and many financing innovations are formed through the medium of extrabudgetary funds and the financing platform as the carrier, and the basic mode and experience of China's transportation investment and financing are formed with the basic role played by the special transportation fund.
