摘要
Emergency material scheduling, which is the most important task of rescue activities for disasters, is vital for saving lives of victims. However, due to the unpredictability and real-time update of demand information, emergency material scheduling has received extensive attentions from researchers. In this paper we follow the baseline perspective, and consider the complex situation of secondary disasters. Disaster areas occurred a disaster, increase a certain amount of material distribution. To explore the emergency material scheduling problem after the occurrence of an earthquake, the shortest transportation time is considered as optimization objective. Then the evolution process of the disaster is described by Bayesian update, and the correction is completed according to the real-time update of the feedback information of disaster areas. Thus a dynamic model of emergency material scheduling is established, and the artificial bee colony algorithm is designed to find the optimized solution. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the post-disaster emergency material scheduling problem from the baseline perspective.
