The main problems of end-to-end distribution in China included imperfect distribution equipment, low efficiency and lack of cost advantages. In order to improve the disadvantage of express terminal distribution. This paper presented an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Analytic Hierarchy Process (FCAHP) for different customer groups from the perspective of enterprises, this paper compared the existing terminal distribution modes in China, and then chose the most suitable terminal distribution mode for enterprises. Finally, a case study of Jingdong in Jiangxia District of Wuhan City was carried out. In the early stage, The questionnaire collected information and divided customers to get characteristics . According to the mode was selected by using the above algorithm, and a comprehensive terminal distribution scheme was obtained. The results showed that this region chose self-built branch, intelligent express container mode .etc with different proportions. The research results had a certain reference significance for express delivery enterprises in different regions and different stages of development to choose the distribution scheme, and then continuously improved the level of terminal distribution.
