摘要
Emergency rescue work should be carried out as soon as possible after the disaster. The first thing to do is to ensure the supply of materials in the disaster area in a timely and sufficient manner. However, due to the limitation of road capacity, it is unrealistic to transport a large amount of emergency relief materials to the disaster area at one time. Only the materials with the highest level of demand in the disaster area can be preferentially transported. At the same time, in order to improve the volume utilization of the carrier vehicle, the loading plan of the material should be decided. This paper takes the three-dimensional loading problem considering the importance of materials as the research object.Firstly, it analyzes and summarizes the research status of the post-disaster road network structure and the three-dimensional loading problem of materials and the three common methods of three-dimensional packing problem, and clarifies the emergency.Secondly, based on the analysis of the design method of emergency road capacity and the characteristics of emergency materials transportation, the emergency scheduling model considering the importance of materials and the three-dimensional loading method is proposed, and the design is based on the model requirements. The algorithm of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is integrated. Finally, the paper analyzes the emergency material demand of Wenchuan earthquake disaster and solves the actual data. under Material loading scheduling scheme, and the final result of the optimization prior to load data were analyzed,and further demonstrates the effectiveness of the model and the actual disaster algorithm scheduling.
