摘要
When making emergency decisions on supply chain emergencies, the risk preference of decision-makers will affect the risk decisions they make, and then the loss and influence scope caused by supply chain emergencies. Time pressure of decision making will affect the quality of decisions by influencing the risk preference of decision-makers. In order to explore the impact of time pressure on the risk preference of decision-makers, this study, based on the prospect theory, adopted the DOSPERT scale to measure the risk attitude of decision-makers in nine conventional risk fields and emergency fields of supply chain, studied the consistency of risk preference of decision-makers in different risk fields, and tested the interaction between external characteristic variable (time pressure) and internal style variable of decision-makers(risk preference) by measuring risk avoidance parameters in value function and weight function of prospect theory. The results show that risk preference of decision-makers is measurable and consistent in the nine general risk areas and emergency areas of the supply chain. In the context of supply chain emergencies, decision-makers are risk averse, and time pressure will weaken the degree of risk aversion. The results of this study will provide reference for adjusting the decision making scheme to adapt to the risk preference of different decision-makers and improving the quality of decision making.
