摘要
In recent years, global earthquakes, floods and other disasters occur frequently. How to improve the rescue efficiency is the focus of emergency rescue work. In order to reduce the death rate of people in disasters, reduce the impact on the life safety of the affected people, and improve the timeliness of medical assistance, the distribution of emergency drugs becomes very important. Due to the limited carrying capacity of drones at present, considering the damage of roads in the affected areas and the urgency of rescue time, this paper will use both vehicles and drones to deliver medicines to the affected areas. Therefore, a two-echelon vehicle-drone routing(2E-VDRP) optimization model based on the soft time window constraint of disaster point is established. This model aims to minimize the operating cost of vehicles, the operating cost of drones and the time penalty cost of disaster point. It takes into account the flight range and bearing capacity of drones, as well as the matching of vehicles and drones, and establishes corresponding constraints. An optimization solver is used to solve a small scale example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
